Upon arrival, the room was not up to par with our past stays and lacked proper insulation, resulting in a noisy morning due to sounds from other rooms. However, the staff was exceptionally welcoming and provided top-notch service throughout our stay. The location is ideal for exploring Amsterdam, despite the need for some updates. Overall, a mixed experience with notable strengths and areas that could be improved.

I couldn't have asked for a better location, right in the heart of everything with amazing dining options within walking distance. The rooms were spotlessly clean and cozy, though the noise from ongoing work was a bit of a downside.
